Nice place but no hot tub

The space was very nice and had alot of ammenities for families. This trip was just for my husband and i. Beautiful wildlife in the area. My biggest complaint is that the only ammenity that was a must have for me was a hot tub. It was listed as an amenity. The check in book has all hot tub instructions. When we arrived the hot tub was not filled with water or functional. I would not have booked this property if there was no hot tub. When the property manager reached out to me i expressed my displeasure. They told me they would look into it and i have never heard back from them since.
