Our stay was very good. The only problem was we kept seeing ants. The owner sent someone over right away to spray. The bathrooms could use some hooks to hang a robe or towel.

Family weekend

My family and I had a great time..The house was very nice. Very, very clean and well stocked.. plenty of room and comfortable. The sauna was a real added treat. The host was easily accessible and immediately addressed any issues. I would stay again.. game room was great with a tv as well., but steps are open so would recommend a gate if you have young children.,

Private bedrooms for all

Everything was in working order. Absolutely perfect! We only had one problem, we had a lot of people with allergies and sensitivities to air fresheners and towels/sheets that are laundered with scented detergent/fabric softeners. The downstairs areas seemed to have a higher concentration. Other than that, everything was perfect! We even got to see a bear and her cubs room through our backyard. We now see why people should keep their dogs on leashes if they do bring them.Glad we left all of ours home.

Really nice long weekend getaway

The Inn Kognito 5 was exactly as the pictures show. It is a very nice property and the owner is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice place to get away from it all!

Nice Hideaway

We were a group of 13, with 11 of us being teenage boys. There was room enough for us to be comfortable. The guys loved the game room. We also loved having the large screen TV in the living room. It was perfect for viewing basketball and movies. The property was deep into this private neighborhood, but was easy to navigate with GPS. The location was "ok", based on the activities we planned to attend. This area does have a built in attraction, the roaming deer.

Comfortable for big groups

Lots of beds and bedrooms. Good for large groups. Host was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. Main group space upstairs was great to gather, eat, cook, and relax. We stayed in winter so community facilities were not available which is clear in listing. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items for cooking and eating. Appliances were all available. Laundry was convenient on 1 st floor. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved air hockey. It takes 8 min to get out of gated community. You might see deer wandering around, kids enjoyed deer sightings.

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay! That we had to add an extra day. The host was the best with any questions we had.Everything that was listed online was exactly what we got and more. The entire family enjoyed the game room. It was enough room for us to eat together as a family and not only that but to be able to sit and look at tv with the fireplace lit was so cozy. We loved it. The view was awesome. Enjoyed the lake and enjoyed just being on the boat but hands-down the best part was seeing the deers up close!! That was the best surprise we got when we walked the trail and was able to see all the deer in different yards!! I would definitely let my friends and family know about this place we will be back !!

Family Time

The location was a great getaway weekend for our family! The size of the house was perfect for the 10 of us, despite rooms being smaller than they appear on the listing. The kitchen is well stocked. Grocery store is 30mins away, so keep that in mind when booking. Downsides: main level had very strong musty/damp odor, which was overwhelmed with glade plug-ins (perhaps an attempt to hide smell). Also-no hooks/rods in bathrooms to dry towels. Host was responsive and helped with questions we had.

fun family vacation

We had a very good time. The community amenities, while not fancy, were very well maintained and it was a lovely crowd. The little kids loved seeing all the deer walking around everywhere. The community itself was a good walking community - we went on a lot of family walks. The house fit all of us easily. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side but it worked out. The kitchen was well provisioned also. Could use a pantry for food storage but otherwise it worked out great. We had a lot of fun sitting around the fire pit at night. We brought corn hole and played it on the patio. The big table in the dining room was perfect for game night. The washer and dryer also came in handy. Note that it's about 12-15 minutes drive off the main road. Grocery store isn't too close so stock up before you arrive. A great family vacation.
