We attended the dawn service that was live streamed to the Entertainment center and then attended the Gun Fire breakfast. The Hotel is ideally situated to allow older people the opportunity to attend such a moving service to honor our ANZAC hero's.We had dinner at the Hotel and also breakfast, My wife was seriously impressed.. by the pancake making machine. Over all a very pleasant stay and we would not only recommend the Hotel , we will be back to stay again All 5 star.

Hilton perfection

This trip was the second time that I have stayed at the Albany Hilton, and both times were excellent. This is a comparatively new hotel, in a beautiful location near the harbour front, with great views and walks, close to several good eating options, and walking distance to the centre of town and shopping. Everything in the hotel is new and comfortable, with courteous friendly staff.

Good stay again after an initial problem with an alarm that couldn't be silenced in the room in the early hours. A room upgrade was provided for the 2nd night and a complimentary meal in the restaurant as compensation which was excellent.

Great hotel being only about 6 months old. Room is comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was good with fresh juices and home made baked beans. Staff were all friendly. Check in could have been a better experience, but apart from that a good stay

So much better than the last time we stayed with staff able to communicate with us and assurance that we wouldn't be charged twice like we were the time before and taking 6 long painful weeks trying to get our money back.

Great for stopover in Albany

Great location in the harbour area of Albany. Comfortable room with a view of the harbour. Town is accessible via a bridge over the road. There is a restaurant on site, which serves excellent food. There is also a pub next door but closed on Tuesdays.

The experience was not a Hilton-worthy one

All good but could be easily amazing. No toilet bowl brush: unforgivable. Your overall breakfast experience is not the standard I expect from Hilton. Some cheap motels do better. I wouldn’t give your croissants to a dog. Coffee is average and overall breakfast food is of average quality. Some… front of house staff in tank top and everyday trainers is NOT professional. Until I know for sure all this has changed for the better, I will not come back and stay in this hotel and will recommend to my network of fellow travellers to avoid. This said, your a la carte dinner food is of a much higher standard than your actual hotel grade. It’s very very good. So you have a serious problem with your overall standards : in food quality, in staff uniforms an some minor facilities items. When I think HILTON, I sadly think INCONSISTENCY.
