The room was clean, beds comfortable; the shower gel was out in the shower. The customer service was excellent. Staff was so helpful in getting all needs met! The continental breakfast was superb! Our waitresses were excellent, & friendly!

Staff wouldn’t let my husband check us in, the elevators were broken, the room smelled like ketchup and fries, and the shower didn’t drain. Parking is $22 a night but the gates were broken so it was a free for all. The room was decently clean. Not a luxury stay but not horrendous.

It wasn’t stellar, but it was a good hotel. The room was modern. I couldn’t figure out the TV. I had to watch through my own account so I don’t think there was any TV included with the room, but the bed was clean and comfortable housekeeping was good. Front desk was good. Everyone was good.
