In a central yet quiet location lies the luxurious Villa Maitreya in the popular holiday resort of San Jaime Mediterráneo and can accommodate 12 people. On 2 floors the light-flooded villa in Menorcan style and with high-quality, modern furnishings offers a living room with TV and fireplace, 6 bedrooms (the master bedroom has a private living room and bathroom en suite with Jacuzzi), 6 further bathrooms as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a parking lot on the property. In the fantastic outdoor area, you will not only find a large pool, but also plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue. Relax and unwind while enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea. This villa is a real jewel and leaves nothing to be desired. In a few minutes’ walk you reach restaurants and shopping facilities and in less than 10 minutes on foot you reach the sandy beach Son Bou, which is 900m away.
