Good location, some aspects not so good

The checkin process was difficult, as the communication said the office was open until 7pm to collect keys. It wasn't, and they had sent a message with a video on how to retrieve keys which I could not open.The shower was leaking which was not a great issue, but also it had not been cleaned properly and had mould.The duvet on the bed was badly stained by previous guests.Nice spacious apartement.

Convenient location

The apartment was charming and nice that there were 3 separate spaces for us. We thought there was a sea view from the pictures, and disappointed there were no windows on that side; but it was quite close to the sea with many shops and restaurants near by.

Absteige übelster Sorte

Beim betreten des Appartements hat uns fast der Schlag getroffen. Bettcouch völlig durchgelegen,unbrauchbar, im Kleiderschrank lag unten ein Durcheinander aus alten Steppdecken und irgendwelchen Seilen. Das eigentliche Schlafzimmer bestand aus einem alten Eisenbett mit ebenfalls durchgelegener Matratze UND VOR ALLEM HATTEN BEIDE SCHLAFRÄUME KEINE FENSTER. Im Bad war die Dusche völlig verdreckt, ein nasses Handtuch lag vergilbt am Rand und müffelte vor sich hin. Die beiden Couchen waren uralt, durchgesessen und das Leder völlig zerkratzt, einfach eklig das ganze Appartement. Wir haben sofort an happy Rentals (Vermieter) eine Mail geschickt, wollten eigentlich eine Nacht bleiben, aber es war uns unmöglich. Wir sind geflüchtet und haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Am nächsten Tag sind wir aus Alassio geflüchtet. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt zu happy rentals, alles lief telefonisch und wir mussten die Schlüssel dort abholen und hinbringen. VON DIESER UNTERKUNFT KÖNNEN WIR NUR ABRATEN. imübrigen war in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben, dass die Schlafräume keine Fenster haben und auf den Fotos war das auch nicht zu sehen. D.h. die Buchung wurde durch falsche und fehlerhafte Angaben erschlichen. Wir werden das juristisch prüfen lassen, sollte uns fewo-direkt oder happy rentals hier nicht entgegenkommen.
