The Barn at Whispering Grove offers a cozy escape on 7 oak-shaded acres just outside Gainesville, Florida. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a mindful getaway, this two-bedroom barn features a warm living space, a fully equipped kitchenette with a full-size fridge and microwave, Wi-Fi, and free streaming on Netflix and Prime Video.

Outdoors, relax on the garden patio, enjoy the BBQ area, or gather around the fire pit for stargazing under the open sky. The barn has two lofts with a queen bed and two twin beds — please note the loft ceilings are 40 inches high, perfect for sleeping and lounging but not for standing.

We’re located just 20 minutes from Poe and Blue Springs, the ISKCON Temple, and the University of Florida. Explore nearby trails, charming shops, and local dining before returning to your private retreat where nature still whispers.

Awesome place for peace and quiet. A great little getaway for couples and family. The hosts Peter and Diana are amazingly attentive. The best hosts by far and I've stayed at many rentals. We look forward to coming back if they will have us. God bless.

Staying at the cabin was a wonderful experience. Peter and Diana were great hosts, very communicative and welcoming. We were greeted with flowers, chocolates and hand written card. Place is fitted with all new amenities, well equipped kitchen with dishes and even a washer/dryer combo. There are two bedrooms in the loft area, one with queen bed and other with two twin beds. Full bathroom with shower with multiple shower heads. Overall this tiny house provided everything we could possibly ask for. Highly recommended.
