I booked a King room but upon arrival to the property I was told it was not available and if I would be ok with a King Disabled room. I agreed as I thought the room would be fine. I stayed there the first night and when taking a shower the bathroom was not designed properly and the water from the shower flooded into the room. I asked for them to switch me to a regular King room for my second night. They said there were none available. I requetsed them to fix the shower curtain and threshold and clean all the flooded water. After waiting for a couple of hours that didn't happen either. I got a feeling there was preferential treatment of customers based on their nationalities or countries of origin. Not a good experience.
