Excellent experience
Location is a gated community with a security guard at the gate, felt very safe. Bring water shoes for shallow rocky ocean entrance. Walking friendly, also had a rental car. I would stay here again. Bud was great very responsive.

Great location on a quiet street. The sounds of waves crashing heard throughout the condo. Small rocky beach in front of condo . Walk to Akumal beach or lagoon. Beautiful!

My favorite location in Akumal. Less crowds more beauty! 3 star mgmt was only because we did not really have any need to communicate with property manager, so have no basis to rate.
