The cleaning could be much better- moldy caulk in the shower and the one sitting chair was very visibly dirty, I would be embarrassed to leave it in the room! Bed was clean and comfortable although sheets had visible stains. The gentleman at checkin was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was decent especially for the price for the room. The air conditioning worked well. I believe they are trying to update - bleach spray is cheap and easy to use

For the price it went beyond some places where you would pay $200. Stay on second floor since there are no carpets but be aware there is no elevator. I dont know why people have to make some much noise at 3 in the morning.

The property was less than 15 minutes from Akron Civic Theatre, a big plus. The staff were nice. Rooms were spotless. The breakfast area was also very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. The door closest to our room was inaccessible, which prompted the fewer stars. I would stay here again.
