The room was dirty, bed not made, smelled, unsavory looking people milling around outside. I left and stayed at the Holiday Inn and will pursue a refund. A couple entered at the same time as me and also left in disgust.

Never again!!!

We were travelling with another couple to go to a show so I reserved 2 rooms. I'd called a few days before to see about early check in. When we got there only 1 room was ready so we all piled into that room and got ready for our show. When my friends checked into their room later it was horrible. The microwave was filthy, comforter was placed in such a way to hide what appeared to be blood stains which matched the spatter on the light over the bed, bedside table was gross and sticky, dirt and crumbs all over the desk table, chair and floor. To top it off there were pubic hairs on the wall of the shower and filth in the tub. The arm chair was unusable until it was covered with a bed sheet. It was late when they got into their room (around 11:30pm). They called the front desk but nothing was done so they had to sleep in this terrible room. The next morning they showed it to the day clerk who was horrified by the condition of the room and gave them a full refund. Cudos to him!! Our room wasn't nearly this bad but it appeared that the corners of the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in months and there was debris under one of the beds. I never looked in the microwave. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, clear, and welcoming. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. We did not however enjoy the smell of dog when we first stepped in while also looking at a chair with a chewed arm.

Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and inviting. Only complaint was that my TV was finicky and didn't work all the time. There was police activity in the parking lot during the first night that I was there.

Decent stay.

Place said no smoking, with 100% smoke free signs everywhere, but saw maintenance man right out front smoking and people outside their rooms smoking, which was annoying. Otherwise, quiet, center to everything, and room was clean.

There were very loud employees and other hotel guests outside our room at 7:30 in the morning. There was used gum lodged in our headboard. The bath bottom was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and the heat/air unit smelled awful when it started up. The front desk lady was very nice. BE WARE- there is an up charge for early check in of $25 even if it is 2:50 instead of 3p. Late check out too.
