The staff are super helpful organized taxi for us to and from the hotel. Show us to an Onsen close to the hotel and very pleasant. They even provide hair tie. I really like this location. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Nice check-in!

Two trainee staff did our check-in. One of them (Saito san?) served us with a great smile, and the other (Sugi san?) did too, and spoke English very well. They gave us a very good impression of the hotel!

First dirty hotel room in Japan

We changed hotels because the floor was filthy, the beds were sub-standard and the other rooms that were shown were just as bad. The staff was very polite and apologetic.

Value with good reasonable comfort.

Reasonable comfort with limited parking facilities. Would be a walking distance of about 10 to 15 minustes depending on which route one takes to the train station as surrounding area does not have much to shop and eat. Hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is mainly traditional style.

Comfortable but very small quarters. My husband is 6’1” and the bed was small and hard so sleep was not great. The front desk was friendly and the overall experience was good.
