This was our second time staying at Toyoko Inn Akigawa, and we chose it again because of how convenient it is for visiting Tokyo Summerland — my son absolutely loves it there! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a short stay. My son also really enjoys staying at this hotel, which makes the whole trip even better for us as a family. The staff are kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is great — easy to find and not too far from restaurants and convenience stores. If I could wish for one thing, I just hope the breakfast could be a bit tastier next time. But overall, we’re happy and would gladly stay here again on our next Summerland trip!

Staff was accommodating, plus the check-in and check-out process is very easy. Room is small, but clean and perfect for a stay that wont break the bank. The breakfast is decent, with a good chunk of time from 630AM to 9AM. There is also on site, self serve laundry, vending machine for drinks and planty of food options a short walk away.

Love the convenience of a lodging right next to a subway station. The room is a bit small but the positioning of things are well thought out. I wish there are more electrical outlets for charging. Otherwise, we would come back to this place. Thank you!

The receptionist said for over 10 minutes that I did not have a reservation, she refused to look at my confirmation number and kept saying I didn't have a reservation. Eventually her manager came over to the computer, clicked 2 buttons and in 5 seconds my reservation was shown and she apologized. The original receptionist never apologized for the delay she caused. The room was very basic and bed was quite hard.
