Room was small, but had balcony & lovely view

Area good for walking. Beautiful lake with lots of activity on it. Lovely village square, which had community dancing around lunch time on the day we were there. A fair choice of cafes/restaurants close to hotel.

We could not get in at first. The nummer went to an automaticly maskine. We arrived at 9 pm. After a while with some guests help we Were able to get in. The guy was furious. Would not give us a Keys for the room. We only had 1 towel at the room. The next morning i had to get a key, a towel and we could only get 1 wifi code, so only 1 of us could lock on. Needed to say I Will never go there nor recomend it to Any others.

Ancien mais bien entretenu. Bruit côté lac.

Hôtel bien situé pour le lac du Bourget, Aix et ses alentours. Il est propre et entretenu correctement mais est très ancien, son rapport qualité prix n'est donc pas idéal. Les chambres côté lac ont une magnifique vue mais donnent sur la route très passante, jour et nuit. Même fenêtre fermée (pas de clim), si vous êtes sensible au bruit préférez le côté colline.

נחמד עד גרוע

לא היה צק אין נוח בכלל הם מאוד אגואיסטים לא מדברים בכלל אנגלית בכוונה.... על כל דבר קטן לקחו תוספת... על כוס מים חמים לקחו לי יורו וחצי..... המיטות היו קשות... אבל בסך הכל נקי שם ויש נוף יפה מאוד.

לשים לב

הגענו בלילה והמלון היה נראה סגור, חשבנו ללכת למלון אחר, במקרה הגיעו אורחים והראו לנו איך להכנס מהכניסה האחורית. פקיד הקבלה לא ידע אנגלית המיקום של המלון מושלם!!! יש חניה והוא מול האגם!

Arrivée tardive. L'hotel a été prévenu dans l'après-midi de mon arrivée. Pourtant en arrivée à 22h, pas de clé dans la chambre. Il a donc fallu que je reprenne toutes les affaires pour sortir. Retour à 03h du matin, toujours pas de clé Le tarif "chambre vue sur lac" m'a été appliqué alors que la chambre avait bue sur une butte.

Voila un Hotel qui a oublié le sens du service: Cela commence par des horaires d'ouvertures ou plutôt fermetures étonnantes : Hotel fermé entre 10h et 16h et a partir de 21h aucune possibilité de prendre sa chambre avant .. donc obligé de caler son séjour sur les horaires de l’hôtel.. Idem pour partir : restitution de la chambre a 10h impératif ! - on appréciera la grasse matinée et la vue sur le lac un autre jour .. merci ! Coté confort : La literie aurait du être changé il y a déjà plusieurs années .. donc vous imaginez les draps usés , le matelas qui s’écrase jusqu’à sentir la planche ou le sommier dessous. Le chauffage était en panne , et le gérant rétorque aimablement que les chambres ne sont pas chauffées à 30 degrés donc c'est normal qu'il ne chauffe pas ! .. après avoir insisté , et indiqué que nous avions froid et que nous voulions quand même du chauffage, le gérant a finalement daigné changer le radiateur qui était effectivement en panne en rétorquant avec un mensonge éhonté : " c’était complet la semaine dernière et personne ne s'est plaint" .. Il a finalement remonté le chauffage en prenant la peine de retirer le bouton de réglage du thermostat du radiateur ... comme ça on risque pas de le mettre a fond .. encore merci. Coté propreté, pensez a amener vos chiffons de poussière si vous voulez utiliser les étagères pour y mettre votre linge propre .. Dommage , la vue est magnifique mais on a envie de partir .. vite .. vite vite

le poète n'est ni le lieu ni le propriétaire....

mon séjour fut épouvantable. Je suis arrivée vers 14h et j'ai dû attendre dans ma voiture au froid l'ouverture de la réception à 16h. Il aurait été bienvenu de le préciser à la réservation. En hiver les extérieurs de l'hotel sont à l'abandon. Aucune lumière le soir quand il s'agit d'accéder à la porte ouverte après fermeture de la réception à 19h30. L'acceuil fut minimal (le responsable n'a pas pensé à me donner le code wifi et quand je le lui ai demandé il était illisible car écris trop petit avec pas assez d'encre, il a reconnu lui-même ne pas réussir à le lire). Arrivée dans ma chambre il n'y avait pas de chauffage. J'ai voulu appeler la réception mais pas de numéro indiqué sur le téléphone dans la chambre. Le responsable m'a indiqué que c'était normal car le chauffage n'était rallumé qu'à 16h. A 18h n'ayant toujours pas de chauffage je suis descendue et il m'a traité de menteuse. M'a dit que son chauffage marchait parfaitement mais qu'il viendrait voir. A 19h30 réception fermée et j'ai dû mettre pulls et écharpes et couverture de l'armée fournies dans la chambre. Chambre vieillotte et mal agencée. Hotel du poète à fuir ....

Gérant hautement désagréable, hôtel en bord de route (nationale) et non en bord de lac, ménage négligé, wc minuscule(pourtant je fais seulement 1m60 et mes jambes touchait la porte)
