Nice services at your disposal in this charming little building of 3 apartments, free high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning and linen included, private parking space available.
Charming small building of only 3 apartments, completely renovated and modernized this year (2019), very well located at the entrance of Brison Saint Innocent, just outside Aix les Bains, appreciated for its micro climate and its good attendance.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.

Excellent apartment

A perfect apartment to explore beautiful Lac du Bourget and the surrounding region. The apartment was clean, well equiped, well located and the view of the lake from the deck / outdoor area was fantastic! We would love to return! Thank you

Sur l'annonce, l'appartement était très séduisant, notamment par la terrasse et la vue superbe. Mais 1. nous ne pouvions pas deviner qu'il se situe au dessus d'un rond-point très fréquenté par des camions et des mots, au point que nous avions du mal à nous entendre si nous déjeunions sjur la terrasse, 2. les chambres sont très fortement mansardées et on ne peut se ternir debout que une partie. 3. Très peu de rangements et très peu de linge fourni.
