    Excellent apartment but needs more information for potential guests.The apartment is on 3 levels and the front door is 2 floors up. We are an older couple (70’s) and the stairs were difficult for us. Most stairs are without handrails and the front door and the attic bedroom door are directly onto stairs …awkward and potentially hazardous. The apartment is in a little alley in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants but parking is 5 minutes away…..travelling light would be a big advantage here and we were not!There is a great master bedroom and bathroom on the entry floor of the apartment with stairs up to the living room and kitchen. The final flight of steep stairs ( handrail here) leads to the attic (twin) bedroom. This is 2 floors down to the bathroom…..you need a good bladder here! Also the door to this bedroom opens directly onto stairs….a problem particularly at night. This room is not suitable for the elderly or small children.The host was friendly and responded quickly when we had problems finding the key safe. All the information was provided within 24 hours of arrival mostly photos…..Sadly,I had mobile internet issues and didn’t get the photos and needed to go to a nearby cafe to contact Xavier…..mostly my fault but it may help to have directions and access info earlier with just the key code sent last minute.This apartment is beautifully renovated in a great location but is not for everyone.Probably best for fit younger couples. With
