Offrant trois chambres confortables, une grande terrasse, une place de parking gratuite réservée juste en face de la maison, et une gamme d'équipements modernes, notre maison est votre havre de paix à proximité du centre-ville.

Le logement

Notre maison de 100 m2 sur deux étages est un véritable havre de paix, réputé pour sa tranquillité et sa lumière naturelle abondante. Nos invités apprécient particulièrement la qualité de leur sommeil pendant leur séjour.

La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans 3 chambres : deux avec des lits queen-size et une avec un canapé-lit confortable. Chaque chambre dispose d'une armoire pour ranger vos affaires.

Notre cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée pour vos besoins culinaires et donne sur un salon/salle à manger de 35 m2, créant un espace convivial pour partager des repas.

Savourez le climat d'Aix sur notre grande terrasse, équipée d'un ensemble de salle à manger, d'un ensemble de canapés et d'un barbecue. Parfait pour les repas en plein air ou simplement pour se détendre au soleil.

Pour votre confort, la maison dispose de deux salles de bains (une avec baignoire, l'autre avec douche) et deux toilettes.

Dans le salon climatisé, vous pourrez vous détendre sur un canapé italien tout en regardant YouTube ou Netflix sur notre TV moderne et connectée.

Avec un accès facile à l'autoroute, des commerces à proximité et un arrêt de bus à seulement 50 m, notre maison est parfaitement située. De plus, nous sommes juste à côté du plus grand parc d'Aix, un véritable paradis pour les enfants !
