Unfreundlich und keineswegs Kundenorientiert

Trotz Bestätigung der Buchung wurde mir kein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Herr am Wirtschaftsraum/Rezension gab mir seinen Chef am Telefon, der wiederum sagte mir, dass sie nicht mehr mit Hotel.com zusammenarbeiten und er kein Zimmer für mich hätte. Als ich ihn daraufhin fragte, ob er mir evtl eine Ausweichmöglichkeit empfehlen könne, legte er einfach auf. Unfreundlicher geht es nicht. Im Nachhinein war ich froh in diesen Räumen nicht untergekommen zu sein, was sich beim Blick durch die spärlich mit dunklem Stoff bedeckten offenen Fenster bestätigte. Auf dem Weg nach Draußen saß eine verzweifelte Familie auf den Holzbänken und erzählte mir, dass sie genau die selbe Erfahrung gemacht hatten, trotz Bestätigung via Mail, kein Zimmer. Nur gut, dass wir noch nicht in Vorkasse gegangen waren, so bleibt nur die bittere Enttäuschung über das Erlebte und nicht auch noch ein finanzieller Verlust. Da ich öfter mal in HH beruflich eingebunden bin, kannte ich noch das eine oder andere Hotel und empfahl der Familie das Hotel ……., was sie dann auch nutzen wollten. Ich für meinen Teil schlief diese Woche auch in einem anderen Hotel.
