We’re happy to share our family Beach House with you but kindly ask you have only registered guest on the property. Absolutely no parties allowed.
The ocean views from the house are spectacular, the sunset amazing. The sound of the waves during the night and the quiet mornings make this house ideal for a restful vacation. Aguada is relatively undeveloped, no chain hotels on the strip. Lots of local Bars and Restuarant near the house. Public beach is 3 mins. and Rincon is a 15 mins. drive.
The space
Enclosed half acre of ocean front property. The house is 52 years old and still has original windows, doors, cabinet and tiles. A 2nd story was added in 2014 and has two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A/C in all the bedrooms. The house has a unique layout, the second floor has two en-suites with separate entrance. The lower level has one bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. Living and dining rooms are open-air.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house with plenty of outdoor sitting areas. Hammocks available to complete the tropical vacation experience.

Amazing
The property and location was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I have stayed in a number of BNB's and this was by far the best. The owner of property was nothing but welcoming and made my stay even more comfortable. She went above and beyond making us feel so welcomed. I definitely recommend the property.

Book here for a great stay.
This was a wonderful location right on the beach. Separate locked rooms with great amenities and friendly hosts. Rosa was wonderful and thoughtful. Spent our 44th anniversary here with family and everyone enjoyed themselves. Weekend fairs and local vendors made for a quaint weekend. I highly recommend you choose this location. You won’t regret it.

Aguada vacation
Awesome location. We all loved sitting in the hammocks with a nice breeze off the ocean. Great view from the upper balcony to watch the sunset. Highly recommended this property. Would definitely book again.
