I had tried multiple times to change my booking. Via email and also Expedia app. I had accidentally put the wrong month in. Expedia tried to help out but this place did not answer their phone nor respond to emails. Neither flexible nor customer service oriented. Steer clear.

Péssima experiência. Hotel tem um bar barulhento Scaro Café que fica até de madrugada aberto, som alto, karaoke alto, de forma que não se consegue dormir. Se vc gostar de bagunça até tarde, lugar certo. Mas se quiser descansar, não serve. Marcamos que faríamos o check-in às 15h e chegamos e não tinha ninguém. Tive de ligar e o senhor chegou em cinco minutos. Não tem recepção. Não tem café da manhã e não tem estacionamento. Não tem sabonete para banho. Não se consegue descansar por conta da poluição sonora desse bar que parece ser o único de Agrigento aberto até às 2h da madrugada. Péssima hospedagem.

Quartier historique juste derrière l'hôtel (Ça grimpe bien) vallée des temples 10 minutes en voiture. Restaurants et street food à proximité. Très bon emplacement. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Camera spaziosa e pulitissima! Lo stesso vale per il bagno. Ottima posizione, parcheggio gratuito a soli 50 metri. Unica cosa negativa, il climatizzatore rumoroso.
