Royal Adelaide and Grange Golf Courses are a mere 6 minute drive away, and Leeson Reserve is a 15 minute walk with free tennis courts and BBQ View One Three has been styled for your pleasure with modern and easy furnishings, ample storage space throughout. Complimentary fresh bed linen is provided, with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a pod espresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and tea station to welcome your arrival The backyard has an organic, seasonal fruit, herb and vegetable garden for your consumption! The secure garage can double as an undercover entertaining area, and has a retractable clothes line and raised shelving for storage Check in is from 2pm to 10pm and check out is up to 10am Thank you for choosing View One Three, we look forward to welcoming you to our home Upon booking a $400 security bond is required by credit card. Quiet and clean
We were happy with location, while not in the CBD it was close enough as we attended a wedding in a nearby suburb. Public transport and shopping centre nearby. Close to beach. V quiet, safe and I loved the option of using herbs from patio garden.

I was born in Adelaide and it was a visit after many years away. It was a good base to explore Adelaide including the coast and Hills district, very handy to everything. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely recommend it as a good place to stay.

What a wonderful property, great location, handy to good shopping etc, we booked for 2 month stay as we relocated to Adelaide and were searching for new home and were not disappointedwith our choice of accommodation. With such a long stay we feel confident in recommending this property with 5 stars. The amenities are spot on, kitchen has everything you might need. Heating was great, backyard was wonderful with little garden. Overall an extremely well presented property that ticked every box. From our booking of our holiday , to our departure from the property, the contactless entry , communications with the property manager (Christian) , the accomodation itself ,was 10 out of 10.
Everything you could want was provided and more .including a lock up garage with a remote control roller door .
