The restaurant was really lovely - recommend it for dinner. Staff were also very welcoming. Great to see all the birds around the premises and also great it was close to a walking/ biking trail. Would definitely go again.

Stunning location

Lovely hotel in stunning grounds. Friendly reception staff. Great to be able to hire bikes to cycle the reusking trail. Some complacency amongst the cleaning team which I believe is outsourced so it wasn’t up to the usual standards which is why I’ve marked it down. Beds were nice and comfortable though and facilities were good. A lovely pool if a little cold 😊

Beautiful quiet. Rooms are quite spacious although a little dated. But for the price you pay excellent value for money. Staff was very warm and welcoming especially Hope. Would definitely stay there again.

Serafino has beautiful grounds and is nice and quiet but at the same time close enough to walk (about 25 minutes) into town for some shopping or a meal.

Our stay was very good overall. Only issues are the local bird's cockatoos making a riot until 10pm. Only other issue we found it had to find a restaurant open in the area for dinner, we drove to norlunga for dinner. I noticed the property only had a few rooms that were empty that night. So it supprised me how few dinner options were open in the area on a Wednesday. But still happy with our stay

I had my 40th celebration in the area and stayed with a friend for the night in room 1. It is a fabulous room, rated it as i have die to hygeine and cleanliness - there were stains on a pillow and bedding. Staff were friendly and it was overall a pretty good stay thank you.

For only $200 this was not a cheap stay. Very tired and dated motor inn style rooms really to need a major refurb. Great location and nicely maintained grounds. Minimal provisions in room. Discoloured shower curtain was not pleasant.

The wine tasting was a little disappointing when we realised the wines we were tasting and bought are available from bottle shops and cheaper. I have a feeling that when the tasting is complimentary because you are a hotel guest, they don't bring out the more exclusive wines. The reason you go to a cellar door is to taste wine that you can't buy at Dan Murphys. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay,
