This luxurious home offers six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a cinema, resistance training room, and a 25m heated infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Conveniently close to Adelaide’s CBD, Glenelg, and McLaren Vale, One Eighty° Marino is South Australia’s ultimate destination for a luxury holiday experience.

The Space:
The ground floor is the heart of the home, boasting an open-plan design that seamlessly connects the dream kitchen, lounge, and dining area—all oriented towards spectacular coastal views. Additional amenities include a spacious laundry, walk-in pantry, stunning bathroom, and entertainment spaces such as a grand piano with a view, outdoor dining with a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The lower ground floor houses four spacious bedrooms, all with built-in robes and private sliding doors leading to the beach via a gated path. This level also includes two family bathrooms, a cinema, and another home office.

All floors are accessible by a lift in the main house, and hydronic heating ensures comfort during winter months.

Special birthday

The number of beautifully maintained bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms allowed for a great place to celebrate my wife's special birthday with kids and grandkids. Spacious, clean, inviting and superb coastal views made our weekend experience unforgettable. The pool and outdoor facilities were heavily utilised and appreciated. Special mention about Hannah our 'host'. Hannah's response time to any queries was immediate and always with a quick and successful solution. All in all, a great facility and memorable experience.
