Securely fenced, you'll enjoy being able to access the rear via the security gate and electronic panel. A spacious double-garage can house your vehicle for your stay, providing you with peace of mind. The setting among the gum trees and opposite a spacious park, which features a playground and tennis court may make you forget how close to conveniences you really are. The front yard has a good amount of lawn, as well as a paved barbeque area and undercover tiled space that is perfect for al fresco dining.
Step through the sliding glass doors and be delighted by the expansive ground floor. Down here, the open plan design provides plenty of space for family and guests.
