Beautifully appointed hotel. Great spa and gallery. Staff friendly and helpful. Two glitches were with room service, once the delivery of the order took almost double the time and the other time the chose. Option was not available but it took awhile for them to realize that it was not available which meant that I again had to wait extra time for my order.

I liked staff who were knowledgeable!! The service level high !! I will return to this hotel and tell my friends to stay here. Rose Foster was very helpful in completing my reservation and assured me after we were late check gave hotel staff a heads up. The front desk was awesome!!! I really enjoyed my stay!! Large, clean hotel, but very little character and questionable service. No ironing boards in rooms and i had to call 3 times and wait almost two hours for one to be delivered. Very slow service in bars and restaurant. I had a late flight, but no offer of even a short late check out without a $150 bill - even though hotel was clearly quiet. Condidering nights are circa $500 a night, you would expect something a little better.
