If you would like to have a peaceful trip, DON'T book here. If you don't book with the location directly, you will have what they call a "host"
This "host" acts as your point of contact for all of your needs during your trip. It seems that most "hosts" have poor communication skills.
The host for expedia happens to be the manager who is named Tedy.
I found myself waiting 4.5 hours to be checked in with my toddler and family while waiting. There was little to no communication from my "host"(Tedy).
The "host" lied to me and told me the room I selected wasn't available to have me pay for a more expensive room.
After speaking to another person at the hotel, I learned that the room I wanted was available and was even shown the room.
My room had no towels. When I contacted my "host," I waited again for 2 hours for towels while I was soaking wet from the pool with my young child.
After 1 hour , another person came to my room to provide another towel and wanted to collect payment for the room I already paid for.
The worst part is that the "host" kept lying about being on-site at the hotel.
Yet I never met them. All communication was done digitally.
When I was in the lobby for the 4.5 hrs, I saw everyone who checked in "host" come to great them.
The place is very beautiful, but the lack of communication takes away for the overall experience.
