We had high hopes for our stay at Salwa Resort, but unfortunately, it didnāt meet our expectations. Right from check-in, we felt pressured. We spoke to Anastasia, and instead of a warm welcome, it felt more like a sales pitch. We were forced to make quick decisions under pressure and constantly felt like we were being upsold rather than genuinely helped.
The room itself was another letdown. There was a noticeable drain smell that came and went throughout our stay, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, there were no amenities offered for late checkout, which made our departure feel rushed and inconvenient.
Overall, the experience didnāt live up to the resortās reputation or pricing. We expected more comfort, transparency, and customer care.
