I have called the hotel a day before my stay to get a confirmation because I have never received one like any other hotels would do. However, the lady who answered my call was very rude and refused to give me any confirmation and asked me to communicate with Expedia instead.
I was shocked when they told me that the hotel is self service hotel so no help with the luggage unless there's more than one person at the reception so one of them can offer some help.
The food was terrible and I would never consider to have breakfast included with my stay. Same food everyday with few options which make you feel overwhelmed.
