We canceled the reservation because the information regarding check in was not provided at the time of booking. We requested a refund — and the Orbitz agent contacted the hotel to provide a refund. We NEVER would have booked your hotel if we knew the check in time would be 1 AM when the flight to AUH was arriving at 1PM. That information did not arrive until after the booking by email where these details were provided and we called the hotel to cancel the booking.

Got a room at a hotel for 6 hours to get some sleep during my 8 hours layover delay in Abu Dhabi. It was very convenient and perfectly located inside the terminal. The room had no windows which seems odd at first but that meant it was also perfectly dark so you could sleep during the day. It had a desk shower and a comfortable bed, and it was nicely stocked with everything you would need during layover including a toothbrush and toothpaste coffee tea and water. Room was very clean and I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the vacuuming noise outside my room a couple of hours after i fell asleep. I couldn’t go back to sleep after that. I rented the room to get a good sleep in the middle of a long international travel and not being able to do that, all the other amenities didn’t matter. I would have been better off spending less money and going to the Pearl Lounge for a few hours instead. It’s very unfortunate. If it wasn’t for the vacuuming noise it would have been perfect. Unlike most hotels that can clean during the day as guessed come to sleep there at night this hotel offers rooms for people to sleep 24/7 and they also have to clean and vacuum the hallways at some point so I guess its the timing of your stay and your luck that will determine if your stay will be quiet and enjoyable or you are going to be woken up by vacuuming noise .

Worth it for when I had a 14 hour layover.

It's a tight room, but the whole idea is to take a shower and nap away a long layover. It did exactly that.
