"Broken Hot Tub, I was told by staff it had been broke for months and no plans to fix it,broke elevator, room not ready at 4 PM. Didn't get room until 5:30. No non-alcoholic beer. No mixer for a Bloody Mary. Broken toilet paper hanger. Went to front desk and put in a request for a 4:45 AM wakeup. NO WAKEUP!! GOOD STUFF: friendly staff, streaming TVs, good internet, good location, comfortable bed, dog friendly. We left the Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley Maryland and went to the Embassy Suites in Charleston Historic District. My wife and I will stay at the Hunt Valley Embassy again we will not stay at the Embassy Suites in historic Charleston it was not worth the money. They could take a lesson from Hunt Valley!!"

"Never book through Expedia. Their system was down and booked the wrong day, now they're not answering their phone and not discussing a refund when I called immediately. I keep getting mixed message emails and I wait on the phone and they tell me I can't wait on the phone any longer for a supervisor that they will put me on a call list but never call me back. Expedia is going to make people have bad experiences with hotels because their customer service is terrible. They only care about their money and not their customers."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baltimore N / White Marsh

3/5 Okay

"The elevator wasn’t working. I’m disabled and my room was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smells terrible. Idk if it was the staffs body odor or what. Terrible. Smell. Rest of the hotel and room smelled fresh but heavily masked by spray and product but ok. Breakfast area smelled like mold and waffles. Very weird. Idk if I’ll stay again."
