Showed up at 830 in the evening for a suite with my wife who was having surgery the next morning. We needed the room for her to prepare Found out they had overbooked and moved us to another hotel. The new room was not a studio. I had already prepaid.

Room need to be worked on, chipping paint, drains not draining in the bathroom, toilet seal broken, beds very hard. Thermostat in the room was broken and not even showing a display.

Smells like urine

This hotel has the potential to be very nice, but isn’t being kept up. The biggest issue we had is the bedroom had a very overwhelming urine smell…the bathroom isn’t even in the bedroom. It was awful. Of course, the hotel was full so there was no other room to move.
