"My sister and I traveled from both Northern and Central Illinois to the Doniphan area to scatter our parents ashes and the current river as they had requested. My dad’s family were all from Doniphan. We absolutely loved this Verbo. The one thing I would say is if you’re looking for somewhere where you’re on the water be in mind that while the site overlooks the water you can’t really just get in the water and swim. It says it has a boat dock, but that would not accommodate launching about. However, this was not a problem for us. It provided a very quiet and peaceful retreat. We "

"Easy to check in Lovw the open kitchen concept Wifi was kinda lagging but when it worked it worked wellAlso, who's there for the internetAnd TV anyway, we were there for the water!!Easy access to everything Can't wait to come to the area again."
