"The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with cervezas and water, which was a wonderful touch after traveling. Omar kindly helped carry our heavy luggage up several flights of stairs to our rooms, which we greatly appreciated. We traveled as a family of six, including both adults and children, and there was truly something for everyone. Marta led us through mezcal, coffee, and tortilla-making classes that were both educational and enjoyable. The kids especially loved painting colorful alebrijes and were excited to bring home their creations. The hotel served delicious food, and its convenient location allowed us to easily walk to many nearby restaurants. Salvatore even helped arrange a turtle release excursion on the beach. Our guide was fantastic, and participating in the release of the turtles was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that none of us will ever forget. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for authentic cultural experiences, warm hospitality, and unforgettable memories."
