There is also an exit leading to the balcony from the living/dining area. The apartment has 2 rooms, each equipped with a double bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm long). Additionally, there is another room with 2 beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), a TV, and a radio.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese).
