The staff was wonderful helped with everything within minutes! The hotel is super clean and you can tell that the staff enjoys being there! The proximity to the train station was wonderful and having electric bikes to ride around was also excellent! The breakfast was the best! I would come back and say again!

The service was five star! Great staff and great breakfast, location is a bonus! Less expensive to stay here than Zürich for the same type of family rooms! Also love the town next to the hotel! We enjoyed riding their electric bikes for free! A fantastic place to stay!

Great staff, great stay!

The staff was so friendly and professional. When the front desk attendant found out we had an early morning flight and would miss the hotel breakfast, she had four lunches packed to take with us. In addition, the restaurant staff gave us coffee to go even though they were not yet open. The hotel location was fabulous, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We only stayed one night while visiting friends nearby. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. But had a lovely stay. Very clean modern rooms, excellent full service courtyard bar/ lounge with blankets if it’s chilly Breakfast was great. Parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle but we made it work. Highly recommend!

Stayed for two nights and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Plus side is they have a mini fridge with drinks free of charge and cute notes around the room. Rooms were spacious and had everything one might need. Coffee machine, water etc. My stay was very comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast but would stay here again.

The hotel has pleasant, comfortable, quiet rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. It’s centrally located in Winterthur, about 10 minutes walk from the station. The breakfast was very much at the better end of breakfast at Swiss 4 start hotels.

Felt like home

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every touchpoint, from the reception to housekeeping, was met with a genuine smile, unlike the more rehearsed, trained smiles I've encountered at other hotels. The warm and welcoming atmosphere truly made me feel at home.
