The staff was incredible!! We loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. The location was excellent for access to the train station and old town. The feeling of the building and room decor was too dark . The rooms were clean though . One of the rooms had no heat . Staff was rude while delivering the portable heater . We waited for the portable heater for over one hour

Beautiful place. Air conditioning not funtioning, so if you open the windows to cool your room the noise of the trains is extremely terrible. Also the pillows are very bad, terrible. We barely sleeps in 3 nights.
