Vacation apartment that combines the old with the new, near Zülpich, in a rural location

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a nice old brick building. The apartment is 73 square meters and refurnished. In the cozy kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, a dining table with 4 chairs for family meals. For younger children we can also provide you a high chair added.

The living room has a modern HD TV DVD player, as well as board games and many books and cozy reading evenings.

In two double bedrooms 4 people can sleep comfortably. A cot is available upon request. The bright and modern ensuite can start relaxing in the day.

Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful unspoilt old stone tiles in the hallway and kitchen.

On the terrace in the courtyard there is a barbecue for cozy evenings. Children can play safely and run around or just relax in a hammock in the yard and in the adjacent garden.

Bread rolls are available around the corner at 200 meters at the bakery. Groceries from the store can be purchased in Zülpich (4 km). Biodynamic food is available on a wonderful Demeterhof, House Boll home in about 7 km away. There also has its own dairy and bakery is affiliated and loht sometimes simply as a trip, because they offer an extensive adventure program.

In the immediate vicinity many excursions are available. Reachable on foot or by bicycle is the Zülpicher and Füssenicher lake, or the tourist Zülpicher downtown with the Museum of bathing culture. Are the Eifel-Zikkurat and the Rheinische Freilichtmuseum Kommern in the nearby area. The castle Satzvey lures throughout the year with many different attractions.

Hikers have numerous opportunities in and around the Eifel National Park to discover wonderful tours. The Phantasialand can be reached by car in 30 minutes and invites the whole family to an unforgettable day. But Schoppinginteressierte come in Outlet Bad Münstereifel entirely at their expense.

This was our second stay here. We began our trip 3.5 weeks earlier, in this same spot and ended our trip here, as well. Silvia & Guido are incredibly kind and accommodating. The home was very clean and provided everything we needed! Easy to park on the street, in front of the home. Great location, near many villages and not too far from Cologne/Bonn.

Our hosts were wonderful and greeted us upon arrival, ensuring we had what we needed and even left us homemade jam on the dining table. The accommodations were wonderful. Very clean, nice sitting area, nicely equipped kitchen, spacious and truly had everything we needed. Very convenient for us as we were visiting family on Zulpich. Parking was also very easy

War OK, aber wir fühlten uns nicht wohl

Die Wohnung lag direkt an der Strasse. Alles kalte Fliesen, kein Wohlfühl-Ambiente. Kein Duschvorleger, kleiner Teppich irgendwo. Ein komischer Geruch im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Die Anzeige war nicht ganz korrekt. Es sah so aus, als würde es ein 2. großes Bett (Futon) geben, war aber nicht. In der Wohnung waren viele Fliegen, die Küche roch auch so sauber. Ein Bewegungsmelder im Flur, der, als wir unsere Sachen nach der Ankunft verteilten, immer wieder aus und nicht gleich wieder an ging, so dass man im Dunkeln stand.

Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Aufgrund der vielen schönen Bewertungen haben wir uns schon im Vorfeld sehr auf die Ferienwohnung in Sinzenich gefreut. Und so sollte es auch sein. Obwohl wir schon viele Ferienwohnungen besucht haben, toppt diese Wohnung alles. Angefangen bei den bereits bezogenen Betten, den schönen Handtüchern, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küchen bis hin zu DVDs und Bücher im Schrank. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe wundervoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Der einzige Nachteil des Urlaubs war: wir hatten so viel vor, dass wir diese tolle Wohnung garnicht genug genießen konnten. Und deshalb müssen und kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne FeWo

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Sinzenig. Ruhe in der Unterkunft war unser Wunsch, der sich voll erfüllte. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste sehr willkommen und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, eher mehr. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir (zwei Freundinnen und ein Kleinkind) haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Jambor begrüßt (es stand sogar ein Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade auf dem Küchentisch) und die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit dem Bad en suite war für uns nicht ganz ideal, da so diejenige, die im zweiten Schlafzimmer übernachtet hat, nachts bzw. morgens durch das Elternschlafzimmer gehen musste, um das Badezimmer zu nutzen. Einen Stern ziehen wir ab, weil die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt, die vor allem morgens relativ stark von LKWs und Traktoren befahren ist, sodass man früh wach wird. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Jambor für die schöne Zeit.

fünf schöne Tage in Sinzenich

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll!

Wir hatten die Wohnung anlässlich einer Hochzeit im Nachbarort für zwei Nächte gemietet und wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen und durch die wirklich schön eingerichtete Wohnung geführt. Zur schönen Hofterrasse gehört neben einem Grill auch ein schöner Gartenkamin, den wir gerne nutzen durften. Da wir gleich nach der Ankunft noch einen kleinen Spaziergang gemacht haben, wurden Grill und Kamin sogar noch durch Guido und Silvia für uns vorbereitet. Kurzum "rundum sorglos "! Diese Wohnung mit ihren großartigen Vermietern ist absolut zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch einmal!
