Pros: Ein schöner Ort um im Herbst die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist freundlich und komfortable im Ostseeflair eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei herbstlichem Wetter ist die gemütliche Fußbodenheizung eine wahre Freude. Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Zingst, wo viele leckere Restaurants zu finden sind. Außerdem ist sie ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung von Zingst und das Fischland-Darß zu erkunden. Unser Auto konnten wir während des Aufenthalts bequem in der Tiefgarage parken und den Fahrradverleih direkt im Haus für unsere Ausflüge nutzen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Der Balkon bietet auch bei windigem Frühlingswetter einen windgeschützten Platz zum Sonnen und entspannen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich im Ostsee-Flair eingerichtet, sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

In 5 Minuten ist man an der sehr schönen Seebrücke und kann von dort aus die Strandstrasse entlang, mit sehr vielen Restaurants und schönen Geschäften, bis ins Ortszentrum flanieren. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine moderne und freundliche Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Fahrradverleih. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Dass es eine Nichtraucherwohnung ist und dass Tiere nicht erlaubt sind, war für uns besonders wichtig. Der nahe Strand und die kurzen Wege in den Ort gefielen uns sehr. Wir wählen dies Wohnung auch für unseren nächsten Urlaub.

Pros: Wir haben mit unserer Kleinen Tochter eine Woche Urlaub in dieser schönen Wohnung gemacht. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war super, ebenso vor Ort. Man sollte beachten, dass es keinen Aufzug und man sein Gepäck von der Tiefgarage in den 1. Stock tragen muss. Mit Kleinkind kann das schon mal anstrengend sein. Sonst spricht aber nichts gegen diese tolle Wohnung! Lage ist ebenso perfekt. Man ist sofort am wunderschönen Strand! Perfekt! Auch ein Fahrradverleih ist direkt nebenan.
