It is composed of the house of 160m2, 2 large terraces of more than 100m2 each, a heated swimming pool (from September to June), a garden and an outdoor parking lot (for 3 cars).

The house has a beautiful view of the village by day and by night.

It is perfect for families or friends holidays with the possibility of a pleasant independence with 2 separate sleeping areas in the house.

Enjoy the natural shade of the hundred years old olive trees to take a nap on the sun-beds by the pool.

The 2 large terraces with a large gas BBQ allow you to enjoy the outdoors, lunches in the shade under the pergolas and warm evenings.

The swimming pool of 8mx 4m is heated from September to June (possibility in July and August with supplement)

Zilia is a typical village of Balagne near Calvi

Located at 15 kms from Calvi, you will find 2 grocery stores (with fruits and vegetables from the garden), 2 restaurants, 1 bar, 1 cookie factory, 1 osteopath as well as several hikes to make.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille à Zilia pour visiter la Balagne. La maison est située dans un village typique, elle est magnifique et très bien équipée, il lui manquerait simplement la climatisation par temps de canicule. Propriétaires très sympas, à l’écoute et très réactifs.
