Punta Marina is an excellent location. Close walk to Playa La Ropa (beach) where you will find lots of shops and food options. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. The condo is very spacious. Each king size bed bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Tons of closet storage to unpack and settle in. Laundry was really awesome to have. The outdoor patio is breathtaking. So much space for lounging, dining and relaxing. The views are spectacular. Cleaners are lovely and come every 2-3 days. Kitchen is stocked with all you need to make meals or hire in a cook. The pool is large and quiet. We had it mostly to ourselves even during the busy holiday season. A nice break from the sun in the later afternoons to cool down. Ease of access via walking, transit, or cabs to the city centre. We got all our cabs at the bottom of the hill by La Ropa beach sign. We will be back. Was an amazing place to stay and Oscar was a great host that provided all the info we needed and was quick to respond to any questions.

Check in was easy, rooms were great, lots of towels and loved having all the kitchen items and clothes washer. We had Sylvia cook for us and it was amazing!! Loved the location and pool was always quiet, we will be back
