The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is open all year for max. 5 people rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 89m² invites you to feel at ease with its cozy ambience and the two balconies. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The apartment extends over 2 floors, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the 1st floor is the living room with flat screen TV, radio, a beautiful balcony, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a hair dryer. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, where you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Bilder im Internet simmen voll und ganz.

Sehr schöne Anlage und eine super nette Rezeption. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für Rentner die noch Treppen steigen können sehr zu empfehlen, da die Anlage auch schön ruhig ist. 100 Meter bis zum Strand stimmen auch. Der Bahnhof und selbst das Achterwasser sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Achtung bei dem Italiener an der Hauptstraße. Die sind Abends leicht überfordert so das man schon mal 2 Stunden auf das Essen warten kann. Das Kurhaus ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Den Fischbrötchenladen am Kulturhaus sollte man auslassen. Geschmacklich nicht zu empfehlen. Auf jeden Fall können wir die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub. Schöne Grüße aus Berlin
