The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment "Dünenblick" is open all year for max. 5 people rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 78m² invites you to feel at ease with its cozy ambience and the two balconies. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

On the 1st floor is the living room with flat screen TV, radio, a beautiful balcony, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a hair dryer. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. Erholung vom Alltagsstress

Wir waren das erste Mal hier in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie bietete biel Platz für uns alle und das waren immerhin fünf Personen. Für unseren Kleinsten stand Hochstuhl sowie Kinderreisebett mit einer extra Matratze bereit. Zur Wohnung gehörte ein kleiner Schuppen mit zwei Fahrrädern und ein Bollerwagen, den wir immer für unsere Strandgänge nutzten. Alles in super Zustand. Mit den Rädern (wir hatten auch noch eigene mit) fuhren wir in die nähere Umgebung, was dank der vielen Radwege auch mit kleinen Kindern kein Problem war. Hatten wir mal Probleme, dann konnten wir uns in der Rezeption melden und uns wurde geholfen. Insgesamt ein schöner Familienurlaub. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder.

Schönes Domizil nah am Wasser

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, in 2 Minuten ist man an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. und 2. OG, d.h. sie geht über 2 Etagen. Die Ausstattung (Möbel) war gut und der Zustand einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist mit Deko und Bildern eingerichtet, sodass man sich in jedem Zimmer wohlfühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Strandkorb auf dem Balkon und die Infrarotkabine für kältere Tage. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer. In einem Schlafzimmer steht zusätzlich zum Bett ein Sessel, den man ausziehen und als Schlafplatz für eine Person nutzen kann. Die Kleiderschränke sind groß, sodass man viel Bekleidung untergebracht bekommt. An allen Fenstern der Wohnung sind Rollos angebracht. Als wir dort waren, hatten wir 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Da waren die Rollos sehr vorteilhaft und haben nicht so viel Wärme rein gelassen. Laut Beschreibung soll eine Waschmaschine vorhanden sein. Diese ist allerdings im Waschhaus untergebracht. Ob (und wieviel) es (was) kostet, wissen wir nicht, da wir diese nicht genutzt haben. Im Raum unter der Treppe stehen ein Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Gläsern, Tassen, Tellern, Müslischüsseln, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeefiltern, Wasserkocher, Salz- und Pfefferstreuer, Geschirrspüler inkl. Tabs, Auflaufformen... Im Schuppen stehen 2 Fahrräder und ein Bollerwagen. Nicht so positiv war, dass wir 2 Tage lang am Morgen und Nachmittag niemanden an der Rezeption angetroffen hatten.

Sehr modern und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf 2 Etagen.

Wir haben vom 03.-05.04. in dieser Ferienwohnung unseren Kurzurlaub auf Usedom verbracht. Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Die Unterbringung ist top modern ausgestattet und dies auf 2 Etagen mit Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen , wie eine Art Masionetten Wohnung aufgebaut.Es gab 2 Bäder, eins im EG, das zweite im 1.OG, welche beide mit einer Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet sind. Das Highlight im Bad unten ist die Sauna, wo durch dieses Bad natürlich etwas kleiner ist. Im 1.OG befanden sich dann auch beide Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. In dem 1.Schlafzimmer hat man auch die Möglichkeit einer Aufbettung in Form einer schönen Schlafcouch, welche sonst als Sessel das Zimmer schmückt. Im 2.Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar einen Balkon, auf dem man die Sonnenstunden bestimmt auch gut genießen kann. Das Erdgeschoss bietet einen Wohn-/Essbereich im Stil einer amerikanischen Küche. Die Küche besitzt sehr moderne und vor allem gepflegte Küchengeräte(Herd mit Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher & Toaster) und alle möglichen Utensilien, die man eben so benötigt in einem Haushalt ☺️. Das Wohnzimmer wird durch eine bequeme Couch, welche man bei schlechtem Wetter gut gebrauchen kann, geschmückt. Außerdem befindet sich ein TV Gerät, CD Spieler, Bluray Player und ein Ofen im Wohnbereich. Von diesem geht dann auch der super gut ausgestattete große Balkon ab, welcher durch einen typischen Strandkorb, einer Sitzbank und einem Tisch gute Möglichkeiten zum sitzen und Sonne tanken bietet. Alle Utensilien und Auflagen für den Balkon findet man unter der Treppe in der kleinen Kammer, die wie wir finden, auch eine super Erfindung ist. 😉😁 Wir sind als junges Pärchen angereist und waren auch dort mit dem Service und Personal super zu Frieden. Zu unserer Wohnung (Nr.29) 😉 gehörten noch 2 Fahrräder, welche wir natürlich an 2 von 3 Tagen unseres Kurztrips zum Erkunden der Insel intensiv nutzten. Die Wohnung würde auch locker für 4 Personen und auch locker für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gut ausreichen und zum entspannen dienen. Kurzum können wir sagen, dass wir im großen und ganzen sehr sehr zufrieden waren und defintiv jederzeit gern wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Leipzig und Hettstedt 😁😉
