Villa Bergfried was built in the 1920s and has been lovingly renovated by its new owners in recent years – but it has lost none of its original charm. On the contrary: the façade is original, the interior is a mix of old and new, complemented by modern accessories. The ski bus is within easy reach and takes you quickly to the nearby ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in winter.
In summer, there's nothing to stop you from taking an early morning dip in the cool waters of Lake Zell, only about 400 metres away! Afterwards, enjoy breakfast on the terrace. Doesn't that sound wonderful? Nature, tranquillity, variety, plenty of space and comfort – and all this in one of the most beautiful places in Austria! The best conditions for a perfect holiday with your family or friends. The possibilities in this region are endless! Cycling, hiking, sailing, surfing, horse riding, skating, golfing, or just lazing around and then barbecuing in the garden – everything is possible!
