Schön aber leider keine Sauna

Das Haus war sehr schön und die Lage zum Skigebiet top! Die Ausstattung war für 14 Personen auch ausreichend.Leider war jedoch die Sauna, welche für uns starkes Kriterium für das Haus war, die ersten 3 von 4 Abenden defekt. Es war sehr schwierig, eine verantwortliche Person bei der Agentur zu erreichen, welche sich um das Problem kümmert. Ein Refund o.Ä. wurde uns leider auch nicht angeboten, obwohl wir natürlich für die Sauna mitbezahlt haben.Der Keller ist mit Tischkicker und Dartsscheibe ausgestattet, jedoch gab es weder Bälle noch Pfeile, sodass diese unbenutzbar waren.
