I stayed here for 6 nights while in Zaragoza for a conference. The hotel is cheap, very well located along the only tram line and near the main attractions of Zaragoza (5-10 min walk to el pillar, el tubo, etc) but there are some major issues with this place. When I arrived I was given room 205. When I entered the room, it smelled like the cleaning staff had emptied an entire bottle of toilet air freshener in the room. I didn't pay too much attention, went out, but when I came back I discovered why. The original odour of the room was back... a strong cigarette smell. I even noticed cigarette burn marks on various pieces of furniture. I went downstairs to the reception to complain and the receptionist mentioned that the entire hotel was smoke-free so what I was smelling was probably the smell of the cleaning products that they use (haha). After some negotiation, they offered me to move to the room next door but the staff never came up with me to check the smell. The new room was a bit better but still rather smelly... I left the window wide open for my entire stay there. In addition, the tap in the first room was continuously dripping. Finally, the breakfast option looks cheap but it's not really worth it. It basically consists in a tasteless coffee, slices of white toasted bread with mortadella, and if you feel adventurous a plastic-wrapped croissant-looking thing. You can get much better breakfast for 4 Euro at lots of different places in Zaragoza, including near the hotel.

Basic hotel with friendly staff, acceptable breakfast and a fantastic location: just 15min away by foot from Zaragoza's main square. Although it is very clean, it needs some renovations. All in all, you get a good service for the price.

Very reasonable £140 for 4 nights including breakfast. Right next door to the beautiful market and the old town, great location. Effecient staff, nip clean, quiet rooms and a decent breakfast in the basement. Zaragoza was a revelation. Bigger than thought, lots to see and do. Very safe, friendly and cheap. Only 2 hour train journey from Barcelona, ticket was £40 return, bargain. Definitley recommned this city for a few days break,.

A good experience overall. + Hotel clean and rooms tidy. + Personel kind and aiding. + Historic area nearby. - Breakfast cheap and unrewarding. ~ Hotel easily found but not accessable by car. - Community parking nearby and available for 15€ p.n. - Community swimming pool nearby and available for +4€ p.d.

Average hotel rooms a bit out of date. Basic breakfast. But great location, just a coupple of minutes walk from la Plaza del Pilar. Very helpful staff and lugage store after check out at twelve midday.

I found it driving on the highway and was not sure about it due to the low budget required...but when I was there I was so positivly impressed that I stayed there for almost three weeks. Clean, quite, in a perfect position just a few walk from practically everywhere. Nice crews and a good breakfast for low price...cant request more...hope to be there again. I really recommend it .

The room is clean and spacious. But some people of the staff are not so welcoming and breakfast is miserable: there is not much choice, it would be ok if the quality would be nice! Centrally located, not noisy. If i return in this hotel i will take a room without breakfast.

We were only staying in Zaragoza briefly on our way from Pamplona to the coast so we were not too particular about the hotel choice, price & parking being the main criteria with breakfast included. Unfortunately one was negated by the other. The offer was redundant for the price of parking at an additional €15. Firstly it is hard to find by satnav as the street it is on in now no longer accessible by car as it is tramline. The postal code is also confusing...it has two, After driving up and around Cesar Agusto looking for the hotel we finally had to park and go looking by foot because of the closed off street. Once found we had to navigate the labyrinthine back streets to get to the under ground parking...lucky we had a small car as it is a very tight fit. The room was spacious enough but very dated and the bathroom was also very tired looking. In the heat of summer you tend to use the shower more than once but don't rely on the bathroom supplies as they are very miserly. The air con was good and the wifi adequately speedy. The breakfast included was one of the poorest fares I have encountered, basically it was just coffee and toast with some stale packaged small muffins. The fruits available were a couple of peaches and plums that were over ripe and bruised badly. The coffee was horrid. Thought the hotel is located close to the main attractions, it is not great value due to the depressed look, miserly breakfast and awkward expensive parking. Staff may be friendly and helpful but that cannot save this two star dinosaur....two star being a generous rating.

If you get a room with a view over Zaragoza - then your experience will be great, although the beds are not that comfy and the hotel itself is quite dated. If you get a room with no view - better seek a different hotel. The staff is very helpful though.

I'm a bit of a fan of the nh hotel chain and this hotel did nothing to change that view. Quick and helpful reception, good sized room and bathroom. Handy for underground car park accessed by a 'car' lift (a first time for me but it worked well). In an excellent location with easy vehicular access, not something a lot of the hotels in Zaragoza have. Go.
