Great Villa, Would be Perfect during Summer

Great Villa and very kind and helpful hosts. They were able to communicate with me directly through Whatsapp in order to assist with any issues in the Villa and recomendations. I came during the off Season at End of October/Begining of November and I would recommend others go during the summer months. (April-Sept). Many places were closed this time of year. Villa was still great.

Amazing experience.

Simply Amazing. Beautiful villa, friendly service and communication, can't say enough - our best stay while in Greece. Close enough to the towns if you need anything, far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Loved everything.

Amazing place! Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved this place. The location is located on the best part of the island. Easily accessible to anywhere you'd like to go, but away from the chaos of the city. The room was larger than expected with all of the accommodations you could need. The owner was really nice, helpful, and made the experience even better.

Greek Getaway

Superb luxury villa with swimming pool. Super hoist shows you to your villa. Cleaned frequently throughout our 1 week stay. Close to Zakinthos town and Tsilvli Beack - both within 5 mins driving. Suggest car hire to explore island.

Stunning Jootiq Villas

We had a fantastic stay at Jootiq villas, the villa is exactly like the photos and the views are amazing. The villa was spotless and the cleaner changed are sheets and towels regularly. We were welcomed by Stathis who was friendly and was very attentive. He even helped us to hire a car so we could travel around the island. Overall a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to our friends.

We had an amazing time in this Villa! The location is perfect if you have a car, which I think you should anyway on the island. Villa is located 5-7 min car ride from the sea. The manager, was the best host we ever had. The host took his time to explain everything that is good to be seen on the island and where to dine and go to the beach. He took interest in who we were to make more suggestions. He left us a folder with 3 pages of stuff to do on the island, bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Amazing!!! The way everything was organized with extra care and attention to guests, we never had that before. The Villa was beautiful and had everything one needs for vacation. It is gated. 3 villas had pool and 3 did not. Even though we didn't get one with the pool, they let us use next door villa's pool. Has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (you can even wash your clothes). Cleaning lady was coming in to tidy up and empty trash every other day. That was impressive!! Just as a suggestion, (what we've had in the past at some other coastal places) is that they could add beach towels and beach bag since you can't really carry that in your suitcase. There were pool towels but not ones for the beach. I have no complaints.There is no other place we would stay at, but this one. HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!

A piece of heaven

The villa is situated in a great area, nice and peaceful, but also not far from anything. The villa is in excellent condition, and everything has been well thought out to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The pool is great and well maintained. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The villa has Netflix, satellite TV as well as all modern utilities.

Villa was brilliant. However the management was quite disorganised- we contacted the villa owner when booking to request advised free shuttle. Were picked up from the airport okay (if in a car to small for us all) however our return shuttle never showed. The owner then booked a taxi but forgot to pay meaning we were left dealing with an angry taxi driver and scrambling through luggage to try and find the £50 taxi fee. Put a bit of a downer on the holiday unfortunately as we had paid quite a lot tot rent it!

Geräumiges Haus in Stadt- und Strandnähe

Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen der Stadt Zakynthos und dem Badeort Tsilivi Beach und beide sind mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min zu erreichen. Die sehr schönen unterschiedlichen Strände (darunter viele familienfreundliche Sandstrände) und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um die Insel sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 20-60 min zu besuchen. Die Verfügbarkeit eines motorisierten Fahrzeugs wird empfohlen, ein Gratis-Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende und freundliche Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter Dani, Athina und Sofia. Auch der Besitzer zeigte sich sehr bemüht.
