The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the Island, rooms were very nice, the food was very good too. The staff is made out of young people without experience and only a few professionals so the service is quite lacking. You get the feeling that the hotel is either closing or cutting costs seriously.

Given the fact that they sold us a wellness holiday the first disappointment was that the hotel wellness work only until 6.00 p.m. The next was that we got a room without a lock. Before we switched the room, it was 4 p.m. and there was very little time left for wellness. Already the cleanliness of the elevator has said much about the cleanliness of this hotel. When we came to the saunas we followed the next disappointment, since only two out of four work. The warm bench is colder than the beer at the hotel bar. The same is with temperature of water in the pool. And as we heard it's been so for motnhs. The dinner was disappointing. And because of the wedding ceremony, they even moved the dinner from a restaurant to a hotel bar. The music from the wedding and the noise was disturbing all night. At the time of booking, nobody warned us about the wedding. In the morning after the wedding, the restaurant was not ready for breakfast because there was no coffee and juice at the beginning. Nobody is concerned with the disappointments of the guests and we were not the only disappointed.

Hotel staff very helpful, rooms need an update re: carpets, decor etc. Housekeeping not up to the mark , perhaps end of season. Pools and wellness center good. Sea front off a pier just a small rocky beach front.

We spent more than a week in the hotel and I'm a bit disappointed. The location is amazing, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the island. Unfortunately, the service provided by the hotel is not in line with the 4-star qualification and the price. The staff is helpful and enthusiastic, but they are many times not on the top. It is mainly due to the lack of work experience of personal - there are extremely young people working - and not enough persons working for. Our room was during our stay not cleaned, the staff had no key to the rooms it was not so easy to get our towels changed, but we managed it :-) The food is OK. The in-house restaurant provided a wide selection of local and international food.Not all the waiters can speak enough well english but there are some exceptions of course. The beverages offered to the dinner are extremely expensive. Somehow You can feel everywhere the cost-cutting aim of the management. The wifi is not the strongest in the building.The pool and the beach was fine and we felt us good :-)

Router in room not functioning! Nobody who could repair because it was no wifi in room! There were still rooms available but they did not suggest us to change rooms!!!!!even when we asked to change router from another room to ours it was still not possible!🙄

Dirty is an understatement, bad food, very unfriendly staff,... Hotel is in very, very bad condition. For sure the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. We left 2 days before the end of our holiday and moved to another hotel. We paid quite a lot in highseason and thats ok for a 4-star hotel...but this is not even worth 2 stars! Terrible!

I would say that this hotel has highly disappointed our expectations. The level of cleanliness is quite arguable. There were mold in the shower and and stains on the wall. Also the toilet needed a to be brushed and bleached . Facilities are new, but still run down due to lack of maintenance . During our stay 1 out of 2 automatic coffe machines was out of order as also did the juice machine. Breakfast was vary but I would say not the best quality. We really expected something different for a 4 star hotel. The web page also advertises a self laundry service , but at our arrival we were informed that that was not the case. The only think you will not have to worry about it's the checking out time. The electricity and your the key of your room will be automatically deactivated at 10 o'clock :)

First of all, the placement of this hotel is wonderful - both the area on the island and the placement right at the beach. The hotel itself is really nice, the facilities such as rooms, restaurants, wi-fi, the wellness center, and the pool area are all very nice and modern. In itself, this makes you forget the 'over-pricing' of services which is expected in places like this. In addition, the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. However while the frames for a really nice stay is there, there a quite some improvement areas. First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the cleaning service during the stay were far below expectations and especially the bathrooms were dirty (dirty soap scum from previous guests) and never cleaned. Furthermore, the aircondition can not be controlled per room, but is managed in 'groups'. This means that if someone has an open door or window, the aircondition will not function. We had nights with 28 degrees in the room, which is way to warm for sleeping. Though staff was friendly and tried to help, they were unable to change a poor system. so we only had few nights with good sleeping! From a relatively high-priced hotel, I would definately expect more. Then, from a 'non-smoker' perspective, we really missed non-smoking areas. This however, is generally an issue in this area (restaurants, cafés, beaches) where people seem somewhat indifferent towards passive smoking towards kids. It would be nice in a hotel like this to have designated areas for non-smokers.

We had a short stay at this beautiful hotel in August while visiting the island. The hotel is one of the nicest in Croatia in the most idyllic setting, the perfect place for relaxation. The food and service were outstanding, the sea food in particular is world class and some of the nicest we have tried anywhere. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great except for the fact that some of rooms had no A.C. working properly. We had over 28 C in our room for the whole stay at this hotel! You better make sure that A.C. is working there before you make reservation!
