The Gîte "La Suite 81" is a house renovated by the owners, built at the beginning of the century. It combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Enter through the hallway and discover two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is functional with a vanity, shower, and toilet.
The living room will allow you to gather for convivial moments with a direct view of the garden. Slightly elevated by six steps, "La Suite 81" has a completely quiet, enclosed garden at the rear of the house. On the kitchen side, a veranda with a separate toilet provides access to the outdoor space: treat yourself to a meal in the open air during the season.
A large bedroom has been fitted out with air conditioning on the first floor, along with a teleworking space.
If you enjoy towns with a rich historical heritage, you'll be a 20-minute walk from Moulins town center. Enjoy strolling through the cobbled streets of the old town and (re)discover the former capital of the Bourbons. There's no shortage of ideas for outings: the Le Pal zoological and amusement park is a 30-minute (25 km) drive away, and the town of Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 57 km away. Traditional and electric bicycles are available for rent in Moulins town center. Non-smoking house.
A closed and covered outbuilding is available for bicycles, two large motorcycles, or three small motorcycles. Free parking is available in front of the house.

The gîte is equipped with an alarm system with motion detectors and image capture in the event of an intrusion. This system is deactivated during the stay (except in cases of specific request from the owner).
