Really shabby and filthy. Big room and quiet comfortable bed but condition of the place made me worry about the cleanliness of it. The room stunk of smoke and the one thin blanket had multiple burn holes!

The place was dirty, falling apart, and reeked of cigarettes. I was hopeful that the bad reviews were “one-off” experiences, but we complained about the first room and were given their best. Even their best was disgustingly kept and was so so bad. I don’t really want to describe how bad it was, I just want to move on. Check for bed bugs if you made the bad decision of staying here.

The room was ok. There was an issue with the bathroom sink flooding over this morning and we never used it. I informed the attendant and he was going to look into it. No mini fridge in the room either. Other than that it was a clean room.

Omg this room was disgusting omg the room smelled soooo bad (I booked a non smoking room) & it smelled like a$$ & old cheap cigarettes the entire time to the point where it made my stomach hurt, we got air freshener & that didn’t work, we kept the door open for a lil bit & that didn’t work! Other lights don’t work besides 1 lamp & the dirty bathroom light. The room looks nothing like the pictures! There was white substance (picture uploaded) on the bed skirts, scum on the dressers & night stands, the mattress was FILTY(picture uploaded) the lamp shades were absolutely dirty like you didn’t even wanna torch it. This place needs condemned I’ve never stay anywhere like this before like I was SHOCKED OMG

I arrived at the office to check in, and the doors were locked. I did eventually get checked in. I reserved a non-smoking room. The room I got was a smoking room! I could hardly breathe! The room was old and outdated! The tub looked dirty. The bed was hard and lumpy. How does health and human services allow these conditions to continue. This place should be condemned!

Room dirty my tub caved in on me while showering in the jucuzzi room to where I was removed and placed into another room but the room smell like dog and was dirty like if somebody was already in the room so they transfer me to another room and that he didn't even work
