Our host was extremely helpful, courteous and an absolute pleasure. The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Barbican House was amazing, the owners were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was beautiful so much that we ordered it for our second morning as well. The room was a lovely size and beds were very comfy.

The guest house is perfect location for York centre and the host was very friendly and helpful room was spacious and had very good choice of facilities compared to hotels where limited choice if tea and coffee in room and also bathroom even had ear buds for example we would definitely stay here again if visiting York
